Though as the leading country of AIIB, China will not seek an absolute right of control. In terms of the equity allocation, the subscribed capital stock of Asian and other members shall be distributed with reference to GDP ratio, and each country's willingness shall be respected. Adhering to the principle of openness and with the increase of founding members, China is still the first majority shareholder and has the highest proportion of voting right. As it is expected to add more members after the founding of AIIB, the stock rights and voting rights will be further allocated.
In the initial period of AIIB, China not only put aside the application for financial support for AIIB, but financed to set up special provident fund for the project, to support the less developed countries in developing infrastructure projects.
Generally PPP mode (PUBLIC-PRIVATE-PARTNERSHIP mode) is one of the project financing mode in public infrastructure. In this mode, private enterprises and private capital are encouraged to cooperate with the government and participate in the construction of public infrastructure. But social capital mainly interested in profit, so building a reasonable profit model becomes the key of advancing market financing.
